Gloucestershire Naturalists' Society
The Gloucestershire Naturalists' Society (GNS) was formed in 1948 with the aim of promoting an interest in the varied wildlife of the county of Gloucestershire, U.K. At the same time, it assumed the task of recording the county's flora and fauna.
The Somerset Otter Group
The Somerset Otter Group records and monitors Otters. Members take responsibility for a particular stretch of watercourse. The group is a branch of the Somerset Wildlife Trust.
The North Somerset Otter Group
The North Somerset Otter Group is a network of volunteer surveyors set up to monitor otter activity in North Somerset. The Otter Group, supported by the North Somerset Levels and Moors Project, collects invaluable data on the spread of recovering otter populations from their strongholds in the South West.
Vale Wildlife Rescue
Each year in Britain an estimated five million wild birds and other animals are injured or disabled in some way. We at the Vale Wildlife Rescue offer help to thousands of these casualties every year by treating them and where possible release them back in to the wild.

National Mammal Groups
 The Mammal Society  
The Mammal Society is the only membership organisation involved in the study and conservation of all British mammals. From dormice to dolphins, bats to badgers, we work to protect those that need protection by identifying the problems they face, and halt the decline of those under threat by promoting conservation policies based on sound scientific knowledge and practice. We aim to inform, educate and involve people in mammal conservation across the British Isles.
The PTES
The People's trust for endangered species / Mammal Trust UK are are a conservation charity created in 1977 to ensure a future for endangered species throughout the world. We help all sorts of species but have a special focus on our native mammals.
The Vincent Wildlife Trust
The Vincent Wildlife Trust (VWT) is an independent charitable body engaged in wildlife research and conservation. Since its inception, the VWT has focused on the needs of British and Irish mammals. Current work is centred on the bats, polecat, pine marten and dormouse.

The Cornwall Mammal Group aim to protect the mammals of Cornwall by promoting conservation and recording.
 The Devon Mammal Group  
The Devon Mammal Group was formed in 1999 by a keen group of like-minded people all with an interest in furthering the conservation of mammals within the county and further afield.
The Kent Mammal Group
The Kent Mammal Groups aims include raising awareness of the plight of the County’s mammals and promote recording and study of mammals in Kent.
